, founded by registered nutritionist and UC alum , started as a humble healthy eating blog in 2009. As her blog grew, the need for a physical space did too, with its doors first opening in December 2013.
By 2020, the company had experienced extreme growth and the decision to develop a sister brand was made. As a result, was born, becoming Canberra’s only dedicated nutrition facility.
The Healthy Eating Hub continued its online presence, differentiating itself as the home to Australia’s only . Unlike many other online programs, The Healthy Eating Hub doesn't simply provide a meal plan with the expectation it will change all habits instantly in order to see success. Instead, the program focuses on teaching nutrition principles and how they can be established as a habit in everyday life, giving clients the knowledge and confidence to make educated decisions and live a happier, healthier life. The Healthy Eating Hub has also recently announced their plans to build an app to be released by the end of the year, providing even easier access to their endless resources and support from the palm of your hand.
Whether you're a Canberra local or a bit further afield, The Healthy Eating Hub and The Healthy Eating Clinic provides access to University-qualified nutritionists and dietitians with a firm belief that education is key to building healthier habits suitable for busy lives.
The Healthy Eating Hub is proudly supported by the Griffin Accelerator and the ICON grant through the Canberra Innovation Network. Kate was also a Canberra Business Woman of the Year Finalist in the 2019 innovation category, and a finalist for the 69ÂÜÀò's Chancellor’s Rising Star Award at the 2022 Distinguished Alumni Awards.

Located just east of Murrumbateman and 35mins from the Canberra CBD is Four Winds Vineyard, the ultimate place to indulge in award-winning cool-climate wines, delicious wood-fired pizza and incredible views.
Since its first vines were planted in 1998, the Four Winds Vineyard has enjoyed years of success as a favourite vineyard for locals and visitors alike. In 2019 the business expanded to include a new vineyard and winery, Kyeema Estate, just a short 20minute tractor ride from Four Winds Vineyard. Following this expansion, Four Winds was impacted by 2019's damaging bush fire season which saw their entire 2020 crop tainted by smoke. Despite the catastrophe, the Four Winds Team managed to turn this crop into a Riesling Gin which was recently awarded a bronze medal at the Australian Gin Awards that features the same lovely floral and citrus flavours that you will find in the Four Winds Riesling.
