UC’s Master of Nursing Practice (Graduate Entry) is designed for individuals holding an undergraduate degree in any field who aspire to become a registered nurse. This two-year program offers a comprehensive learning experience, combining clinical placements, simulations, and interactive online content. From your first semester, you'll engage with high-fidelity facilities, including the on-campus 69ÂÜÀò Hospital, preparing you for clinical placements.
Throughout the course, you'll explore nursing practices across diverse settings such as primary health care, acute care, mental health, and rural and remote services. You'll develop foundational knowledge and skills essential for providing safe, quality, evidence-based nursing care to individuals from all backgrounds and stages of life.
Upon completion, you’ll be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Australia, opening doors to numerous career opportunities locally and around the world. For entry into the Master of Nursing Practice (Graduate Entry) you will need a bachelor’s degree in any discipline, completed within the last 10 years.
Students will also need to undertake additional admission requirements, including obtaining a Working with Vulnerable People Card.
Domestic postgraduate students may be eligible to apply to defer payment of their tuition fees via the Commonwealth Government's FEE-HELP scheme.
